My Click Creations is a browser-based toolkit for Etsy sellers and print-on-demand creators (mockup generation, Pinterest pin creation, and related tools). This policy applies to myclickcreations.com and the Studio application at myclickcreations.com/studio.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may apply to us depending on statutory thresholds (e.g. revenue or volume of California residents' data processed) — it does not automatically apply simply because we have users in California. If CCPA applies to us, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can delete your own account and data at any time from Account → Delete my account inside the Studio. For anything else, email us — see Contact below.
The Studio uses browser local storage (not traditional tracking cookies) to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Some tools within the Studio may use or produce AI-assisted content. See our AI Transparency & Marketplace Compliance page for details.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will require you to re-acknowledge the policy before continuing to use the Studio. Minor wording changes do not require re-acknowledgment.
