You, as the seller, remain responsible for complying with the policies of any marketplace where you list your products (such as Etsy) and with applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding AI-generated or AI-assisted content. We recommend reviewing your marketplace's current disclosure requirements before publishing listings that use these assets.
When an exported asset contains AI-generated or AI-enhanced elements, the Studio may show a notice like:
