All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax calculation/collection, and receipts. We never see or store your card details.
Pro is billed monthly at $9.99 USD. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. You'll be charged using the payment method on file with Lemon Squeezy.
You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage Subscription inside the Studio, which opens Lemon Squeezy's self-service billing portal. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period — you won't be charged again after that.
If a renewal payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will attempt to retry the charge. During this time your account may show a "past due" status with limited access. If payment continues to fail, your account reverts to the free Starter plan.
Because the Studio provides immediate access to digital tools and content, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@myclickcreations.com and we'll review it in good faith.
If you initiate a chargeback/dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, your account access may be suspended while the dispute is resolved. We encourage reaching out to us directly — most billing issues can be resolved faster that way.
If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify active subscribers in advance. Price changes apply to future billing cycles, not retroactively.
